We are sorry, but we do not recognize you as an authorized UnitedHealthcare provider - here are some reasons that might be:

  • Do you need to connect your TIN to your Optum ID? Use the "Connect TIN" button below to enter your Optum ID and click "No" when asked if you received a registration letter that included a security code. From that point, complete the required fields for the form as prompted.
  • Did you connect your TIN to your Optum ID recently? We may need more time to process your request before recognizing you. For help, please contact your Practice Administrator or Network Management Contact. To find a Network Management Contact, visit the Contact Us area of
  • Do you not have an Optum ID? If you have not yet registered for an Optum ID, you can register online by clicking the Sign In button on and then selecting "Create an Optum ID" from the Additional Options area on the right.
